The Agriturismo San Pietro is located in the heart of Val d'Orcia, a stone's throw from Bagno Vignoni and close to Pienza and Montalcino. Less than a kilometer away you will find the medieval village of Rocca d'Orcia and the historical center of Castiglione d'Orcia. The structure is composed of 3 independent apartments, complete with toilet, double bedroom and a kitchenette.

The farm house, which has become only farm in 2006, was previously owned by the Church and was administered by the parish of Rocca d'Orcia. It was a sharecropping property, until the 80s. In fact, in 1982, was signed the law n. 203, which provided for the conversion of sharecropping agreement in a lease to the farmer. The present owner lives in this place since 1933 and was a sharecropper until the sharecropping disappeared altogether, rented the farm and its lands, and finally bought it in 1997, with many sacrifices. The history of the farm do not know much, but we have recently discovered, which was already drawn in the paper Cadastre General Mainland, also known as Leopold Land Registry, which was promulgated in 1765 by Pietro Leopoldo, Grand Duke of Tuscany.
